After having met Jim Merante one year ago, he has already done two years of tax returns for us. These include Hursen Electric, an S corporation, Hursen Rentals, a limited partnership, and our personal taxes. Unlike our old accountant, a CPA, whose first move on April 1st was to file a Form 7004, a six month extension. Jim would do no such thing! He is at our office once a month to pick up and discuss last month’s financial happenings. He has reduced our “cognitive friction” ( a term Jim uses to describe worrisome and unproductive thoughts) to nothing. It is because of his proactive approach to accounting and his need to stay ahead. We now know how our business is doing in a timely manner. This has enabled us to make wiser decisions. Thank you Jim for all you have already done, and for everything I know you will do for us in the future.
